Chris Matthews, the new Don Imus..

Wed Dec 26, 2007 at 10:45:25 PM PDT

I know, I know, it's the day after Christmas, and I swore off Tweetie a few weeks ago, but I was bored, so I watched him today....What a mistake. I can't figure out who this guy is anymore? Is he Don Imus light? Is he like one of those wooden dolls/ventriloquists for the Republicans...is he the new Paris Hilton of the Main Stream Media?

I mean, who the hell does he think he is? I've never written a diary for John Edwards, but I am voting for him, because I believe in my heart, he is the one we can get into office OK? Enough said.  I am not a Hilary Hater, although, I wish, early on that she could have ducked taped Bill, including his big mouth and put him into a closet somewhere...however, I still believe, that you will get two for the price of one with these two...I happen to be on the fence about their tactics, although part of me realizes that if you want someone tough, you better be ready to play tough, and that is what we need right now.  TOUGH.

But I'm ready to turn that page, because of my own decisions, in my heart.

It has bothered me for many years, that the Democrats have been forced into this cowardly corner, as the party that can't fight wars, that are weak, that are not up to stuff, by the scorch and burn tactics of the Rethugs...what is the lesson here folks?  Easy, nice guys finish last...does that mean we have to give up our principals?  No...but it means when in Rome, you have to act as the Romans do.  Be a gladiator, of get the hell out of the Areana or be fed to the lions with the Christians.  Oh, by the way, I mean the real Christians, not the the Pander Bear Christians like the Rethugs.

I always thought that Chris Matthews, who worked under Tip O'Neill for so many years, was a strange abomination to begin with. He is a Catholic Republican, that is so spiteful and hateful towards the Clintons, I just can't believe it.  As I watched him today, I actually looked down at my watch and wrote the amount of time he spent on spitting and fuming at Hilary Clinton. I realized after his show that nearly 70 percent of his time was spent on his anger towards her and Bill.

When I sat back later (I recorded the show just to be sure, and watched it again later) I realized he was sitting back on his "cat bird seat" exactly like Don Imus always did, telling the world, in so many words that Hilary was "Satan".....not overtly, but I can read between the lines. I've watched Chris's interaction with women over the years, and exactly like Don Imus he belittles them, he condesending and patronizing to them, unless...they are really young and perky and pretty. Then he does not feel so threated. He just slobbers.. and becomes a total idiot...what a loser and jerk.  Get a little class Chris.

Excuse me, but this guy is so out of control, it is not even funny. He is starting to make Lou Dobbs feel liberal to me.  I had this strange feeling that he has crossed over the "big hill of egotism into the Bush land of Meglomanicville"  Like he was telling everyone in America...this is your vote, here it is, I am giving it to you, be thankful you have me to tell you who to vote for...etc..etc....etc....For the last three months his theme has been "How can Obama bring her down?" Not to mention his riding on the coat tails of the horrifying vampire Guliana that he impersonated today...but it seemed to me, that he would much prefer the vampire, to Madam Frankenstein....I think Hilary has a lot going for her and I wish her well, but I must stand up in her defense today. Chris Matthews needs a lot of therapy, and I mean a lot.  He needs to go into Rehab for Women Haters really quickly.  The New Don Imus Light...just what we need.  Thank god for Keith Olberman and David Shuster. Personally, I am voting for my own candidate, because no matter what, we must have a solid Democratic contender...when in Rome, you don't take chances with the Republican Pretorian guards that will tear you down to your very bones..and put out those insane outrageous ads one week before the elections, when its too late to change, them (and they will) you bet on a sure thing, and this time around, we better have a sure thing, or we might be looking at 30 more years of war, someone named Huckabee, and a dollar that is worth two cents.

Someone get rid of Chris, he is ready for the bus. Here's a good idea, let's send Cheney and Huckabee out to pheasant hunt together next week.
